Mature Copper Beech Crown Reduction

This mature copper beech had become disproportionately large for its surroundings and was beginning to dominate the streetscape and neighbouring properties.

We carried out a carefully balanced crown reduction, reducing the overall height and spread while retaining the tree’s natural shape and character.

The work improved light levels to nearby properties, reduced end-weight throughout the crown and created a more appropriate long-term size for its prominent residential setting.
